Only Hanley’s uses the EASIER System. Hanley’s EASIER System is designed to create and maintain customer loyalty to such an extent that our Hanley’s EASIER customers have been known to stand up and clap!

Hanley’s EASIER System is an integrated phone/fax/email/Internet system designed to keep the entire visualization, design, build and HQ team appraised of every aspect of every Hanley’s Project. It works best by automatically emailing all Project Team members “Hanley’s Critical Checkpoint” emails almost every day. Whenever a critical checkpoint in the project is met; you get an email. When a delay occurs; you get an email. When Miss Utility approves the dig; you get an email and .pdf. When there is a project update; you get an email and a .pdf. When the building permit is granted; you get an email and .pdf. We keep you informed EVERY step of the way from our first meeting to the day you christen your Tiki Deck!

Here’s the story of Hanley’s EASIER System. When you were young, your parents wanted to know where you were going. When were you coming home. When will your project need to be completed. Nothing has changed, except you are the adult and you want to know the status of your project. Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? Hanley’s EASIER System answers all of these questions. Oh, and all the documents for the project – we email them to you in a .pdf format so that you have the same copies that HQ and the entire build team gets! Everyone is now in the loop. To quote our favorite commercial “An educated consumer is our best customer!” We think, “an fully informed Project Team will get the job done right!”, and remember, YOU are on our Project Team.

The same famed craftsmen who build our world famous party decks, work with you as a member of our Hanley’s Design Team to visualize, design and create everything from fences and decks to basement family rooms, man caves, hot tubs, patios, and patio enclosures and just about everything in between.

A completed job from over 10 years ago. Updated to include new sash windows.
No settlement cracks or water damage. Hanley’s means craftsman quality
at reasonable prices.

All spaces were utilized in this  combination home extension, double deck including ground level
living area complete with exposed beam. In creating this design, the completion of this project, the
creation and inclusion of the ground floor living area only raised the final cost by a couple
of hundred dollars.

All this was able to be added because we included the homeowners as members of our
Hanley’s Design Team. Had we not included the homeowner, this Outside Living Area would
have been an expensive afterthought and outside the scope of the original design. (Bottom line, it
would have cost a lot more money to complete had we not included the homeowners in the design process.)
